General Policy

Cancellations to bookings notified 14 days or more before scheduled booking are without charge unless a deposit has already been taken.Cancellations to bookings notified 7 days or more prior to arrival will be charged the 1st nights accommodation. Cancellations to bookings notified within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100%. We will make every effort to re-sell the accommodation booked and if successful we will refund you the room rate. Separate cancellation policies may apply during major events being held in St Andrews or with exclusive use of the Old Station.
