General Policy

Cancellations to bookings notified 7 days or more before scheduled booking are without charge unless a deposit has already been taken.Cancellations to bookings notified 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the your full stay. We will make every effort to re-sell the accommodation booked and if successful we will refund you the room rate. Separate cancellation policies may apply during major events being held in St Andrews or with exclusive use of the Old Station.
