Booking Terms

General Policy

Cancellations to bookings notified 30 days or more before scheduled booking are without charge unless a deposit has already been taken.Cancellations to bookings notified 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the your full stay. We will make every effort to re-sell the accommodation booked and if successful we will refund you the room rate. Separate cancellation policies may apply during major events being held in St Andrews or with exclusive use of the Old Station.

Should an occasion arise where accommodation be double booked or unfit for purpose then we will offer similar accommodation of rating and price for the duration of the booking or until the situation is resolved at no cost to the guest.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations made to bookings up to 30 daysof arrival will not be charged. Bookings cancelled within the 30 days of arrival will be charged the total cost of the booking .

In the event of accommodation being unfit for use then the room provider must offer alternative accommodation of similar standard for the duration of the interruption of the guest stay at no cost to the guest.
